Group E	Seller places the goods at the disposal of the buyer at the seller's premises or another named place and has minimum obligation and risk!

EXW Ex Works (..named place)	Transport The buyer is responsible for arranging carriage. Risk Risks are transfered to the buyer when the goods are placed at his disposal. Group F	The seller is not responsible for arranging carriage!

FCA Free carrier (..named place)	Transport The buyer is responsible for arranging carriage. Customs formalites The buyer must obtain all transportation licenses at his own risk and expenses.
FAS Free Alongside Ship (..named port of shipment)	Transport The buyer is responsible for arranging carriage. Risk Risks are transferred to the buyer when the goods are placed alongside the vessel at the named port of shipment. Costs Cost are transferred to the buyer when the goods are placed alongside the vessel selected by the buyer at the named port of shipment. Customs formalites
FOB Free On Board (..named port of shipment)	Transport The buyer is responsible for arranging carriage. Risk The customer shall be responsible (at its own risk and expense) for securing an import permit and duties relating to goods transported through any country. Costs Cost are transferred to the buyer when the goods are placed alongside the vessel selected by the buyer at the named port of shipment. Customs formalites The buyer must obtain all transportation licenses at his own risk and expenses.
Group C	The seller is responsible for arranging and bearing the cost and freight of carriage, but does not bear the risks related thereto!

Group D	The terms in this group represent delivery obligations; the seller is obligated to bear all risks and costs of delivering the goods to the named place!

DAP Delivered At Place (..named place)	Transport The seller is responsible for arranging carriage. Risk The seller shall secure the transfer to the destination terminal. Costs The seller shall be responsible for any risks associated with the delivery of goods to the agreed destination that were not incurred on the preceding transport vehicle. Customs formalites The seller ensures shall secure at its own risk and expense the processing of export duty.
DAT Delivered At Terminal (..names port of destination)	Transport The seller shall secure the transfer to the destination terminal. Risk The risk is transferred to the customer at the point of delivery to the destination terminal. Costs The seller bears all costs invelved in delivering goods to the named place of destination not unloaded from any arriving means of transport. Customs formalites The seller ensures at his own risk and expense all customs formalities for export.
DDP Delivered Duty Paid (..named place of destination)	Transport The seller is responsible for arranging carriage. Risk The seller shall secure the transfer to the destination terminal. Costs The seller shall be responsible for any risks associated with the delivery of goods to the agreed destination that were not incurred on the preceding transport vehicle. Customs formalites The seller ensures at his own risk and expense any import and export licenses, as well as customs formalities.
