C.S.CARGO defends its primacy in the Employer of the Year competition in the regional category of up to 5,000 employees

C.S.CARGO has again found success in the Employer of the Year ranking, which is part of the Annual Employers’ Club Awards 2019. Like last year, the company won first place in the category Regional Employer with up to 5,000 employees in the Hradec Králové region.

With its 1,700 employees, C.S.CARGO is the biggest employer in the Hradec Králové region. This year, it captured the jury’s interest primarily with its positive and individual approach, possibilities of interesting trainings and sophisticated recruitment.

“At C.S.CARGO, we are guided by the watchword: The best employee is a satisfied employee. Therefore, we strive to take an individual approach to employees, respond to their suggestions and to be helpful toward them. This year’s award is primarily recognition of everyone who has a hand in our constant improvement. It is obvious that we are growing stronger not only on the market, but also within the company,” says Petr Volák, general manager of C.S.CARGO.

The Employer of the Year competition compares various aspects of human resources including, for example, the number of hours of training, education and development costs, the extent of career development and wage costs, and many more. The purpose of the competition is to familiarise the public with the firms that have the best approach to their employees.
