Tomáš Patočka from Liberec branch of C.S.CARGO wins silver at forklift driving
Tomáš Patočka representing the Liberec branch of C.S.CARGO took valuable second place in the annual Ještěrka Cup 2017 forklift driving competition which was held on 2 September 2017 at Letna. In the field of 178 rivals, he had to demonstrate his excellent ability to concentrate, his firm hand at the wheel, precision in using the forks, and – of course – speed and knowledge of the safety standards.
In addition to attractive prizes, the winner and the two runners-up have secured their starting position in the international competition Stapler Cup which is held in Aschaffenburg, Germany. Cup 2017 finalists will match with opponents from more than ten European countries. We will keep our fingers crossed for him – we want him to do well in the competition of forklift drivers from more than ten countries of Europe and to demonstrate his forklift driving skills in tough challenges.
Ještěrka Cup is an annual competition for forklift drivers which tests their speed and precision, as well as their knowledge of the safety standards. The annual competition is organised by the Czech division of Linde Material Handling.
